Hinged silver collar entwined with curious filigree.  A short chain hangs from it’s pin, ripped from its point of anchor.

The bristles mimic those of reef prowlers, allowing mortal lungs to draw breath from brine as easily as air. Those who wear it feel a faint pull downward.
